Five Free Trial Evaluations for OEM Applications
The Pro-Link iQ is pre-loaded with all the available applications at time of shipping. Each OEM application comes with five free trial evaluations. This provides an opportunity to try out the applications and determine which are appropriate for your needs. Here’s what you need to know about the free trials:

- There is no time limit for the five free trial evaluations.
- Applications will operate the same way as if they were purchased and registered.
- After five free uses, an application will not be available when the unit is turned on. Instead, the unit will substitute an appropriate, pre-loaded generic application if one is available (not all OEM applications have generic equivalents). Other applications with free trial uses remaining will still be available.
- The pre-loaded generic application is a Heavy-Duty Standard application, which provides general system diagnosis.
- If you connect to a vehicle that has a specific system for which a pre-loaded OEM application is available and do not use the application for diagnosis, it is still counted as one free trial.
- If you choose to purchase an application after the five free trials, you will be able to register and activate the application on the NEXIQ website at www.nexiq.com.
- As additional applications become available, they can be downloaded from the NEXIQ™ website. The applications will come with five free trial evaluations.
